Refund policy
IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
REGULAR MERCHANDISE RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges for regular merchandise will be accepted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Refunds will be given in the original form of payment. The original sales receipt is required for all returns/exchanges. All returns/exchanges are subject to approval by Ambiente Staff. Returned goods must be in original condition - new, unused, tags attached. All discounted merchandise is final sale.
RETURNS WITH A GIFT RECEIPT
Gifted items can be returned for store credit/exchange with in 7 days of the original purchase date with a gift receipt. Store credits can be used towards a future purchase, and will not expire. Refunds will not be issued for gift receipts.
SEASONAL MERCHANDISE POLICY
All seasonally themed merchandise becomes FINAL SALE within 14 days of the holiday (Ex. Christmas themed items cannot be returned/exchanged from Dec. 10th onwards, regardless of when the items were purchased). The Seasonal Merchandise Policy superceeds all other return policies, as such, a themed item may become final sale whether your receipt has been stamped final sale or not, and may shorten or null the regular return policy.

At this time, all online purchaes are final sale. We have given as much detail as possible regarding the items so you can feel confident about your purchase! If you have any additional unanswered questions after reviewing our product pages, please get in touch and we will be happy to help out! As our store grows, and we increase our offerings into other categories, we may update this poilcy. Please check back for updates. If you are unhappy with your online purchase please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your item and we will do our best to accommodate a solution. Returned items will be shipped at customer's expense.
