We are hiring for Retail Sales Associates, Part-Time.

As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the friendly face that greets our customers, helps them find pieces they love, and keeps our store looking beautiful. You’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience and supporting daily operations.

What You’ll Do

-Engage warmly with customers and provide personalized design or product suggestions
-Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
-Look for and create sales opportunities through customer engagement
-Gain and maintain product knowledge to effectively facilitate sales
-Accurately complete transactions through the POS system
-Confidently uphold store policies and procedures
-Accurately process received orders and maintain stock organization
-Ensure the store remains clean, tidy, and visually appealing at all times

What We’re Looking For

-A positive, approachable personality with excellent communication skills
-A genuine passion for home décor, design, fashion and retail
-Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
-Strong work ethic with the ability to self-motivate
-A quick and active learner
-Prior retail or sales experience preferred

Availability requirements

Our current opening requires availability on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with the possibility of Sundays during the holiday season.

Please note that additional shifts may be required over the holidays to support our busy retail period. Flexibility and reliability are key!
